I believe that the teaching faculties are motivators, demonstrators, and real guides to a student in an academic institution. There are different categories of teachers on the basis of teaching pedagogy- a mediocre teacher who just tells about the textbook and a good teacher always explains the subject matter whereas the superior teacher simplifies the subject matter and demonstrates.
